使用須知
1、某些化學(xué)物質(zhì)會(huì )破壞透析袋微孔且不可逆轉。
計有：
烴、鹵化烴、醇、酮、酯、胺、丙/酮、二氧雜環(huán)乙烷、環(huán)已烷等。
酸（甲酸、乙酸、稀強酸如5%HCI），10%苯/酚，30%雙/氧水。
甲醇、乙醇：濃度小于5%時(shí)，透析功能在，而MWCO變化。
2、蛋白質(zhì)吸附量，小于1ug/克，（以透析袋干重計）。正常使用PH5-9（可重復使用）。
極限使用PH值2-12（一次性使用）。
3、前處理：煮沸5分鐘后用蒸餾水60℃洗沖2分鐘，置4℃蒸餾水中待用。
長(cháng)期保存液：0。05%-0。1%疊氮/鈉，1mMEDTA或50%甘油，溫4℃），使用前以蒸餾水洗凈。
4、即用型透析袋毋須前處理，使用前用蒸餾水洗凈即可。
5、透析袋裝液時(shí)應留1/3-1/2空間，以防透析過(guò)程中，袋外的水和緩沖液過(guò)量進(jìn)入袋內將袋漲破（含鹽量高的蛋白質(zhì)溶液透析過(guò)夜時(shí)，體積增加50%系正常情況）。
6、使用時(shí)須戴手套。
7、透析效果檢查用1%氯化鋇檢查硫酸銨、硫酸鈉1%硝酸/銀檢查氯化鈉、lv化鉀。
